Welcome to the Human Capital Connections news feed, “Perspectives.” Here you’ll find occasional writings from our three primary consultants, Jenny, DeRondal, and myself. We’ll be sharing information and analysis on that which moves us; namely, the intersection of people, organizations and ethos.

After years working together on leadership development, the three of us discovered that we share a very specific perspective. We believe that processes, plans and strategies fall flat when they are not intentionally connected to the people charged with making it happen. Everything is built on connections; success depends on the strength and health of those connections.

Rarely do we come across a person, team or organization that doesn’t have a pretty good idea of their end goal. Sure, maybe the vision is a little fuzzy, maybe you haven’t found the right words, yet. How to get there? That’s the hard part. And disconnected strategies, plans and assessments muddy the waters. Our job is clarify, curate, codify, and connect.
